Vacancy Description:
We are currently looking for experienced Production Managers and Production Coordinators for a range of clients in the Broadcast and Corporate sectors.
3 or more credits in Factual, Entertainment, Ob doc and/or Light Entertainment would be an advantage.
Knowledge of delivery paperwork and various scheduling systems desirerable eg Xytech, ScheduALL, Clearcast
Experience of the following is essential:
- Assisting with all production administration - including booking crew, kit, transport, couriers, producing call sheets, arranging shoot logistics and completing post production paperwork
- Archive and Music clearance
- Management of tape library, master DVDs and rushes - including distribution, logging and labelling.
- Coordinating and logging rushes, library material and music.
- Accounts administration - including invoicing, logging costs, managing petty cash, generating PO's
International shoot experience, location finding and completing carnets would also be ideal.
