The Crewing Company was established in 2006 to represent freelance talent spanning the full Production Process from Pre-Production right through to Post, while delivering an unrivalled customer service experience.
From humble beginnings, The Crewing Company has grown to become one of the UK's most respected suppliers of services to the creative industries and is without doubt the largest freelance agency operating in the sector.
In 2010, The Crewing Company joined the
DIA Group, an investment vehicle backed by David Brady and sees the rapidly growing service provider working in partnership with other DIA companies including
Alias Hire,
Editors Keys &
Digital Snowball
The Crewing Company are REC members and work closely with both
Creative Skillset and
BECTU and is one of the only recruitment businesses to have signed the
BECTU Standards.
In 2012, and in partership with Alias Hire, The Crewing Company opened an office in Manchester's Media City to better serve its customers in the North of the UK.
