With a background in children's and live TV, Steph's credits include Richard
and Judy and Ministry of Mayhem.
She was inspired to start her own agency in late 2005 and within months had
done just that. By early 2006 The Crewing Company had been born and she now
owns one of the UKs most respected employment agencies for TV & Film
professionals.
Steph's is a member of the Skillset Facilities Skills Council, once hosted her own breakfast show on Radio
Caroline and is listed in the Who's Who of Britains Young Business Leaders.

Stuart Hatton - Joint Managing Director...

Now running our recruitment and sales departments, Stuart teamed up with
Stephanie in 2006 bringing a wealth of business and technical experience from
industries including IT, Engineering and Media.
His excellent customer service skills and straightforward and honest approach
to recruitment is refreshing for both customers and our freelancers.
Stuart once fronted a metal band and still threatens to eventually record another
album!

Eve Panayi - Lead Crewing Consultant...

Eve joined The Crewing Company as a receptionist in 2007 but with a strong
desire to get ahead, rapidly climbed the ladder to become the company's lead
consultant.
Responsible for taking care of new customers and nurturing new talent, she has
developed an excellent understanding of both our clients requirements and our
freelancers capabilities.
Eve likes knitting, drives a Nissan Micra called Thomas and once took a life size cardboard Elvis out for a Chinese.

Eddie Ware - Crewing Consultant...

Eddie is the latest addition to the team, joining us in April 2010 and bringing with him years of broadcast recruitment experience.
Exceptionally motivated and proactive in his work, Eddie's career has seen him recruiting for the likes of Soho Editors, TOVS and Dale Evans however he is now responsible for our Motion Graphics and Audio Post Production departments.
